Reports to: Billet Coordinator & General Manager (GM) / Head Coach
Contract: Honorarium $600 monthly
Location: Gibbons, Alberta or surrounding area
Responsibility
Billet families have a unique opportunity to support athlete development in a high performance culture with the Gibbons Pioneers
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide Junior hockey player with a safe and stable home-away-from-home environment
- Provide non-shared room accommodations
- Provide three nutritious meals per day
- Lunch and snacks can be prepared by player
- Provide access to internet in the home
- Support the GM / Head Coach in meeting the overall team & individual culture objectives
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Experience as a billet family an asset
- Must complete a Police Records Check / Vulnerable Sector Screen
- Residence in the Gibbons or surrounding area through duration of contract is required
